In order to reduce and avoid the formation of such holes, we must pay attention to the following problems at many levels throughout the welding process:
1. Appropriate argon maintenance. Nitrogen and oxygen in the air are prohibited from penetrating into the solution tank to participate in chemical changes.
2. Definite and effective reverse side aspect ratio to prevent un-melted and collapsed conditions.
3. The compensator should meet strict welding standards. Choose a moderate amount of welding current, welding rate and single pulse frequency.
4. It is forbidden to invest funds in welding of raw materials such as shrinkage of the components, relatively severe contamination, uneven wall thickness and significant scratches.
5. The actual production workshop should be kept clean. In the air, very large particles of dust are not allowed to shake, and 60 to 77 of the dustproof soil is reflected in the metallurgical industry during the entire welding process.
6. Strictly carry out cleaning before welding. In the welding parts of steel parts, the water in the residual cleaning material and the water in the air are not allowed to penetrate into the welding metal material with the O molecular structure in the waterproofing part.
7. Workers must have labor protection equipment. Dirty rubber gloves, oil-stained cotton yarn, etc. must not touch the welded parts of steel.
