Rubber joint selectione:
1. The flexible joints of threaded rubber must be selected according to the working pressure of pipeline, connection mode, medium and compensation amount, and the number of them should be selected according to the requirement of reducing drying displacement.
2 When the installation pipeline produces instantaneous pressure and is larger than the working pressure, the joint with one gear higher than the working pressure should be selected. For example, when the instantaneous pressure of the pipeline is greater than 1.0 MPA, the joint working at 1.6 MPa should be selected. When the instantaneous pressure is greater than 1.6 Mpa, the 2.5 Mpa rubber joint should be selected.
3. When the medium of thread union rubber joint is acid-base, oil, high temperature and other special materials, the joint with one gear higher than the working pressure of pipeline should be selected.
4 Normal medium is ordinary water with temperature of 0-60 C. Special medium such as oil, acid and alkali, high temperature and other corrosive and hard texture should choose corresponding special resistant material, rubber soft connection, not blindly used in tandem or in common use.
