Stainless steel flange rubber joint

Rubber expansion joints are flexible connectors made of natural or synthetic elastomers and fabrics. Stainless steel flange rubber joints are widely used in pipelines with different pressures and media. Thermal growth, equipment movement, vibration or pressure fluctuation may cause movement in the pipeline system. When this motion is not absorbed by the pipeline system itself, stainless steel rubber joints are the perfect solution.

Reducing Fatigue Coefficient:

In view of the inherent characteristics of natural and synthetic elastomers, due to the steel and rubber interfaces of joints and flanges, they will not suffer from fatigue damage or embrittlement, and can prevent any electrolysis.


Minimum Face-to-Face Size while Absorbing Large Motion:

Rubber expansion joints have the smallest face-to-face length, providing excellent movement in the direction of axial compression, axial extension and lateral deflection, as well as in the direction of angle and torsion.


If this product is used for supplying water for high place, anti-pull-off device should be installed if the pipe has or fixed bracket is not as no fixed stay or fixed bracket or the force of fixed bracket is not large than axial force.

Flexible rubber expansion joints shall not exceed the displacement limit during installation.
In the installation of bolts to be symmetrical, to gradually pressure and tighten, to prevent partial leakage.
When the rubber expansion joint is laid flat, suspended, and vertically installed, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the rubber joint should be less than the supporting force of the pipeline, otherwise the anti-lifting device should be installed to prevent the work from being pulled.
The installation location of the rubber joint should be kept away from the heat source and ozone area. It is strictly forbidden to irradiate with strong radiation, expose to the sun and use the medium that does not meet the requirements of this product.
When the rubber connector is transported, loaded, unloaded or installed, it is strictly forbidden to sharpen the surface sealing surface.
When installing DN200mm or above, please use butterfly valve special flange or small diameter flange for mating flange, so as to avoid flange pull-out, misalignment, sealing surface fracturing and water leakage after installation.
