3. It is necessary to carry out "cold tightening" of pipeline expanders, and the auxiliary components commonly used for pre-deformation should be disassembled after the pipeline installation is completed.
4. It is forbidden to adjust the installation deviation of the pipeline by deformation of the pipeline expander, so as to prevent all normal functions of the pipeline expander from being harmed, to reduce the service period and the load of the lifting pipe system, machinery equipment, and supporting members.
5. During the installation process, welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of the corrugated shell of the pipeline expander, and the corrugated shell of the pipeline expander is not allowed to be damaged by other mechanical equipment.
6. After the installation of the piping system is completed, the yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for the installation and transportation of the pipeline expander should be removed as soon as possible, and the limit switch equipment should be adjusted to the required position according to the design plan, so that the piping system is in environmental conditions Sufficient compensatory work ability under the government.
7. All movable components of the pipeline expander shall not be jammed by external components or limit its scope of activity, and all movable parts shall be ensured to operate normally.
